Grinder Doesn't Turn OnUpdated a month ago

If your Aarke Grinder isn’t turning on or no lights appear when you press the start button, try the following steps before contacting support.

1. Check the Grind Size Wheel

In most cases, this issue occurs because the grind adjustment wheel isn’t tightened enough. Turn the wheel further down so it sits more closely to the base. The gap should be extremely narrow — even a credit card shouldn’t fit through it.

Don’t hesitate to apply a bit of force; the wheel can feel slightly stiff the first time you adjust it.

2. If You Can’t Turn the Wheel

If the wheel doesn’t move or feels stuck, you may need to remove it completely and then reattach it, ensuring it’s properly seated before tightening again.

Also, check for coffee beans or grounds stuck between the burrs, as these can prevent the wheel from mounting or turning smoothly.

3. Watch the Video Guide

For a step-by-step demonstration, watch our Instructional Video.

Following these steps usually resolves the issue and allows your grinder to start normally. If your Aarke Grinder still doesn’t power on after trying this, please contact Aarke Support for further assistance.
