If you’ve received an email confirming a subscription, don’t worry — this does not mean you’ve been signed up for recurring deliveries or automatic payments.

Our CO₂ Cylinder Loop operates on an on-demand basis, so:

• No automatic payments will be charged.

• Cylinders are not sent automatically.

The “subscription” confirmation simply means your delivery and payment details have been securely saved in your Cylinder Loop account.
This setup allows you to reorder refills with one click, instead of re-entering your information each time.

In other words, it’s a convenience feature, not a traditional subscription with recurring charges.
