Why Doesn’t the Heating Plate Activate When Using the Thermal Jug?Updated a month ago

If you’re using the Aarke Thermal Jug with your Coffee Maker, you may notice that the heating plate does not turn on during or after brewing. This is completely normal and intentional — your Coffee Maker is designed this way. 

The heating plate only activates when using the glass carafe. When the Thermal Jug is in place, the Coffee Maker automatically detects it and disables the heating plate to prevent overheating or damage to the jug’s insulated base. 

The Aarke Thermal Jug is double-walled and vacuum-insulated, which means it’s specifically designed to keep your coffee hot for hours without the need for a heating plate.
